Not quite sure why huon is so adamant about pursuing this. They exceeded the nitrogen cap so not without fault themselves. Maybe they think with storm bay leases they don't need the protected areas anymore and want to force their competitors offshore as well where they are years behind huon.
It is literally huon versus government regulators, tassal and petuna now.
