Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe HYD bought the distribution rights to the 7 or so jurisdictions (aus, nz, Singapore, hk, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan?) from the rights holder, for a chunk of HYD shares and $500k cash. There may also be further payments due when certain milestones are met.
Hyd does not share profit with angel medical in the us, but we own about 3% of the company.
