- Enters into deal with Todd Maari Limited to buy its 16% interest in Maari & Manaia Fields for us$17.6 million
- Upon completion, acquisition will increase co's net daily production from about 4,100 bopd currently to 5,500 bopd
- Acquisition to increase net operating cash flow from China & New Zealand, expects to average US$60 million to US$70 million over next 5 years
