it becomes a problem,when one sides wants more ,after the discovery.
imagine going to the bookie with the winning ticket,and the bookie saying,"oh we thought he was'nt very good when we took the bet,so we are not going to pay.
no one should be thinking png is some kind of victim here....they no doubt had the best people advising them,as did the oil companies.
