First post here, seeing a lot of disappointment around the reactor delay. In my experience of working in the refining industry for 20 + years, delays like this are sadly part of the norm in these bigger projects. Honestly, every upgrade or new project I have seen comes with major delays and schedule/budget blow outs.
Short term it is definitely frustrating, with extra money coming out of the bag to fund the new plan. But mid term it looks like the tech is still sound and will be in demand once its back on track.
