What people need to understand is the dirt is sitting there looking at you all high grade and happy, you don't need a permit or dangerous goods to cart or load for export. Simple prove up a good amount of tonnes, load it in a toll treat share sale arrangement, shipped paid and gone. Basic sort of stuff, only own 2 or 3 million dollars worth of equipment. Rocket science stuff.
