    • INDIRECT BUSINESS TO BE NOW SOLD FOR CASH PRICE OF $34.5M
    • BOARD UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDS SHAREHOLDERS VOTE IN FAVOUR OF IMPROVED MNF TRANSACTION IN ABSENCE OF A SUPERIOR PROPOSAL
