This company has been sipping the Lean Canvas Cool Aid for several years now.
In an effort to reduce costs they have cleansed the business of all and any insurance acumen and those few that are left have their balls in a jar.
The entire focus of the executive team has been cost reduction at any cost.
While it is definitely a leaner company now, it is a hollow shell of the the capability giant that it once was.
