It seems IAG is a cyclical stock with huge market share. It seems a no brainer, that you buy when the SP is low (now or wait until it gets lower, and then just wait 2-4 years for it to go up, and then just sell when it matches historical highs. can double money over 3-4 years just based on the cycle?
but i think it still will drop further. I will wait for it to test and retest lows.
Any other thoughts on this cyclical investment approach? buy when investment return % is low and net preimum is low (earnings is low), then just wait for a good year. Its not like IAG is going to have too much of a drop in top line revenue. Insurance is always needed.
