    • SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES A$84 MILLION PLACEMENT THROUGH ISSUANCE OF 55.6 MILLION NEW UNITS AT ISSUE PRICE OF A$1.52 PER UNIT
    • PROCEEDS OF PLACEMENT TO FUND ACQUISITION OF THREE INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES FOR A$81 MILLION BY SUB TRUSTS OF CO
