Singapore-based iBosses Corporation (ASX:IB8) has been admitted to the Australian Securities Exchange list after raising $2.7 million through its initial public offering.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to review and evaluate potential new assets and complimentary businesses; invest in the expansion of its existing business centres and the set-up of new business centres; and develop the iBosses Digital Platform.
iBosses provides training and consultancy products and services for entrepreneurs.
It derives income principally from:
- Fees paid by its clients for training and consultancy products and services; and
- Licence fees payable by the licensees of the company’s products and services model.
The company had sought to raise up to $5 million with a minimum of $2.5 million from its IPO priced at $0.201.
Official quotation of the company’s securities will commence at 1PM EST on Wednesday, 30th September 2015.
