News: iCash Payment Systems to announce corporate transaction

    iCash Payment Systems (ASX:ICP) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a corporate transaction.

    The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Monday, 15th June 2015.

    In April, the company entered into an exclusive, legally binding conditional Heads of Agreement to acquire 100% of Stargroup Limited.
