To managements credit, they gave the acquisition every chance as they saw the opportunity to expand into the Asian region as a good one for shareholders.
Once DD timelines weren't met they promptly terminated the AV related acquisitions.
Can't get more prudent than that.
Remember current directors have a significant holding in ICT.
If anything, these actions have highlighted ICT's current assets aren't performing and directors are obviously pursuing other quality acquisitions.
Have changed sentiment to hold and waiting to see what else they have up their sleeve.
