Guys the lack of a bid from ICVL suggested by Citi group advisers at $18 now clears the way for the remaining handfull of majors to have a serious go now at $18 thus eliminating competition from ICVL without a shot been fired and make a winning bid for $18.
I will be holding as before until the Fat Lady has sang the song.The Rio bid is still cheap buying at $16 as Citi group values RIV at $18.
