I don't believe it's a sure thing as you would think if it was the price would bake in a level of Success. Which again hard to know. Atm it's baking in a very low level even with the recent uptick in price.

In saying that appears like a litigation funder is prepared to take on the risk with very little impact on id8 side. So that's probably where the confidence lies.

If they won 50m USD which would be around 75M or so AUD. with 425 odd SOI. you probably land between 15-20 cents on just cash basis, which i know many companies not even trading on NTA now. So again hard too value.

Payble growing much easier product to sell but they seem to done ok. If they can work towards 3-5 M revenue Next 1-2 years will aid id8 30 percent odd stake be worth a few $$.
