I think the market hasn't come to realization of the amount it can potentially be but the run up from 1.1 to 1.8 cents (81%) is surely people who see absolute value buying in. Cameron Beavis and Fred Bart prolly knew about the impending lawsuit before they bought in.
I think the next run up or down will be when JP Morgan replies. if they acknowledge then u see a rush coming. if the have other patents that cover then u see a rush to sell. I think the lawyers should have done some DD as well as the funder of the lawsuit.
I think they would just take over the company for less hassle.
