The Patent Infringement Claim should have been filed much earlier (at least 1 year ago). The patent was filed by the former CEO Nick Armstrong, who deserves credit for his innovation. Current CEO, John Rayment procrastinated and missed the opportunity to protect his rights. He only acted when he sensed a threat of a management change. Overlay+ had the potential to generate millions of revenue if it was marketed properly.
