Overlay+ was a platform for sharing payments data, which Mastercard is using. However, Identitii failed to attract enough clients due to its ineffective sales team and management. The same problem is affecting its reporting platform, which is lagging behind its competitors. For example, Jade ThirdEye projected a growth of more than $2 million this year, while Identitii struggled to close deals.
