    Winshear court hearing was held about 2 weeks after Indiana so at the same stage of process.  You can watch the full 4 days of proceedings if you want.  Also highly recommend the closing argument from Tanzania.  Sounds to me they were suggesting the tribunal did not treat them fairly, rather than try and ram home the legal merits of their version of events.

    Winshear also had their tenement mined by other parties, satellite photo's presented in court.  So many similarities to IDA
