at 2.48SP the markets not loving this - I tend to agree - a high risk play - not convincing to improve IDX or Capital other than the $10M synergy benefits ie trimming management cost. There seems to be little to no net benefit or vision beyond that. Bigger doesn’t always mean better in my view and clearly many on the market feel same hence lukewarm response in SP.
