- entered into an agreement to purchase a 20 per cent holding in hcp limited
- agreement provides co with opportunities to develop its student placement business in china
- agreement formally establishes idp education as hcp's exclusive partner for study abroad services in china
- investment will be made in two tranches with an upfront payment of $4.1m followed by $2.3m in twelve months
