My wife has same issue with another Aussie Industry fund Australian Super who refuse to transfer her super to another fund. Whilst chewing up her super in fees because of some details not matching.
Because her employer entered some details wrong her. She needs to do a whole bunch of paperwork and ID checks to amend details.
Although both Super accounts would be using the same tax file number.
