thanks for that anecdote. The structure of advice has clearly been a problem especially around incentives, but moving forward, we as a society particularly in aus with the huge super balances, do need advice, and so I think IOOF (and Amp if they can sort their house out) do have a big role to play. As you know the finance industry have a penchant for being able to extract cream off the top, and I can’t imagine that changing in the near future unfortunately.
