Insiders will be watching the share register like a hawk. Unless they are already aware of the identity of the likely vulture circling, further changes to sub holdings here might be their (and our) best guide on who is preparing to swoop. CEO change is a big catalyst imo - if this business is set for acquisition on the cheap then the acquirer will probably want to move by the time Mota heads out of the door in Feb. Current share price levels must be tempting - e.g. an 85% premium to today’s share price would put us back to January levels where iirc Wylie/Tanara was buying up chunks.
