My feeling is the Share price won't increase greatly at least until the SPP is finalised at 10.60 or maybe a little less.
Once that is out of the way it's up to Mr Market to decide if the new bigger IOOF is bigger and better than the smaller older one and the Share price will then reflect that.
My gut feeling is the Share price will increase on the assumption benefits and synergies will be found in the bigger company.
