Thanks for the heads up. I've had a browse thru the announcements since 13 May letter you are referring to and can't find any mention of clearance of the conditions precedent set out in the 13 May notice. Hopefully we see something today. the win against APRA on 20 Sep is probably a double-edged sword - great for IFL but might have p!ssed off some folks in APRA. Guess we'll wait and see. Not even sure APRA is a necessary sign-off. All very fluid.
