Yes - there is a month-old clue on APRA's website that there is a new broom sweeping through, one less interested in taking prisoners.
On the other hand we're not some sort of banana republic where an authority can aggressively attack people they don't like, without the basis of the attack being subject to legal and ethical scrutiny.
The job of a Regulator is to fairly and impartially enforce a set of rules.
