Staying on the theme of buying stks you anticipate will pay high divs some 3-5 weeks before results are released.... look at DWS, DOW, NVT and CCP. l hold all these for reasons outlined in this thread and details available under relevent code. CCP continues to rise strongly as mkt digests result. re DOW: "i still have FY16 eps at 43c and divs at 24c ffr. That gives (at SP $3.20) a PE of 7.44 and gross div yield of 10.6%. That may attract some investors. But firm does need the outlook in next months interim to continue the positive theme of the August yr end." DOW up 12% this morning as interim date approaches.
