Poster madamswer alerted me to IFL mid 2015 when the SP fell from 10.60 - 8.40. I didn't buy then as wanted to learn more. I feel the stk offers a fairly secure base along with high ffr divs. Waited patiently and then entered for 1st time this morn at 8.07av. Maybe i should have waited a few more days but want to hold these and get 3 divs in 13 months.
My guesstimates for FY16: eps 61.5c and 55c ffr divs. With SP at 8.07 gives PE of 13.1 and more importantly gross div yield of 9.7%. Keep it for 13mths and total return is 14.2%.
