Yes, I'm aware of that.
I sincerely trust I didn't imply otherwise in relation to TERP, per se.
But - given the stock is trading below TERP - the market has clearly taken on a different interpretation of this deal to me.
But there is nothing unusual about that - I more often than not find myself in a position where the market's assessment of the prospects and value of a business is different to mine.
And of course, quite often (more often than I'd like) the market ends up being right, and me wrong. But that's simply the nature of this investing lark... no one bats 100 every single time.

If avoiding getting calls wrong is a criterion for continued posting, given how many times I have been wrong I would have had to cease posting many years ago!
