I'm in - yes they had to raise a ****load of cash but this is a transformational acquisition and there was plenty of positive big dog energy surrounding the acquisition pre cap raise and were tracking along well with a strong post covid crash recovery.
Downside risk is acceptable to me and decent buying support at $3.65.
