    the only way to deal with this is to stop buying dog banking & insurance stocks (pretty much all of them).

    stop donating your hard earned to fund hordes of middle & upper management who do bugger all.

    these guys are all having a good time on your dime all the while harassing and bullying each other like a bunch of school kids.
