Lilac, yes Retail holders get the same discount on the insto rights, however it is the 452m insto placement that I and other holders take exception to, some of these shares were placed to new holders, at such a large discount that is a disgrace and management must be put to the sword if this doesn't trade at or above the theoretical ex-rights price of $4.05 very quickly.
