IOOF will be fine. If I were you and had the temperament you describe, I would keep my shares for at least two years and look once every six - nine months to see the progress. If you are not selling / buying frequently and just want to have a bit of extra money in a couple of years time, there is no reason for you to follow the markets every move. Cheers
