I agree this should have been renounceable investors with large holdings may have trouble finding the cash as may some superfunds and will forfeit the opportunity of averaging down.
Some super funds (Wrap accounts) have limitations on how much they can hold in an individual share and if already at the threshold may have problems. Renounceable offer would have been fairer considering the dilution involved.
