At TERP, and on the expanded equity capital base of 518m shares, the Market Cap of the company will be $2.8bn.
The pro forma, post-merger earnings will be in excess of $300m, so an implied P/E multiple of 9 times.
On that basis, why would the share trade below TERP of $4.26, let alone below $4.00?
