    ok... so a current 24.49% holding... offer goes to $0.92 if they get an additional 13% = 37.49% + 13% still held by TCI = 50.49%

    perhaps TCI have done another deal with them for their balance of holdings - but only if the offer is increased to $0.92 for all... which could explain the retoric.
