We dont know anything about the details of the pre-bid agreement between Iberdrola and TCI do we?
I noticed in one of the documents the wording had changed regarding TCI and now states that TCI can choose to accept the offer instead of the agreement, in which case they would be accepting for all their shares and not just the 20%.
