Intereting strategy by IGO to acquire WSA, I mean why the heck didn't they at least soak up 19.9% before pitching a takeover? Twiggy has the upper hand, Perpetuals 15% isn't IGO's and will go to the highest bidder. IGO should buy 4.9% on market then buy Perpetual out at a small premium, then slowly start acquiring the rest Boral style with a takeover, this scheme to be voted on in April is a sitting duck for disruption and any opportunists with pockets who want to make some money. on the flip side if nickel price tanks IGO still have to buy, their current strategy only works if Nickel price drops. They really didn't game theory this one out very well imo
