What do you suggest they do?
I mean, they are exploring harder than any other similar sized company and the clock is ticking with respect to maintaining cashflow from mining activity at NOVA.
You either find and develop ( 5yrs realistically?) or buy and improve efficiencies and complete near mine exploration to add value.
Sure the second option is not without some risk but the bigger risk is how the (uninformed) market reacts to any purchase - not knowing the full details of any transaction and its merits.
