Don't be misled. There is a full AFR report. IGO dismissed this claim re WSA but it was not included in the thread posting above.
An IGO spokesman told the Financial Review in response "Section 623 wasn't relevant here as its bid was a scheme and not a takeover.
"IGO does not agree with the assertion that it has breached the Corporations Act 2001 and believes such allegations seem to arise from a misunderstanding of Australian corporations law (by London's Odey) and the process which the proposed transaction is to be effected"
