    April 28 (Reuters) - International Goldfields Ltd (IGS) :

    • Progress with wintergarden transaction
    • Received notification from WG that it has sought to terminate DA based on alleged breaches by company
    • Has refuted claims and believes that they are unfounded and without substance
    • Company is not seeking termination of the DA
