    there were no further sec requirements to meet as the more informed posters tried to explain several times to a number of 'door nails' who widely speculated otherwise

    strategic decision to choose a more opportune time to refile registration and issue trading notice of effect

    it changes nothing other than the BOD mapping an intelligent strategic pathway for maximum return ....as always
