Correct, the Form F-1 withdrawal is simply a procedural formality. From what I’ve read, the primary disclosure document for a compliance listing is a Form 20-F.
I also agree with you that this strategy will provide better long term value for shareholders and with OSA results we have a significant near term catalyst.
