As per my previous I am taking the view that IHL will be oversubscribed.
Notwithstanding this IHL also had at the last quarterly over $22 million in cash - going back to AHI, they had $300k in the bank at the last quarterly so IMO its pretty hard not to look desperate and have any bargaining power whatsoever.
