I saw this in today's age this morning (and similar things floating around other news source). In addition to a few HCer's, it looks like a few of the big holders (BT Investment, Simon Hackett, Andrew Abercrombie) are a bit pissed off about the buyout...

It'll be interesting to see what plays out. Will enough shareholders manage to block the deal? And if so, what will the SP do in response?

For the record, I counted my lucky stars and sold out of IIN on the day of the announcement, but thought the price was at the lowest end of what could be reasonably expected.
