It didn't list at a specific IPO price like many new stocks, rather this was simply determined by the buyers and sellers in the market on day 1 of listing - based on what they thought it was worth.

As many holders had their stock unavailable to sell on the first day, you could assume that the first few sessions may not have represented a totally clear picture of demand and supply.

So while it was 20% higher, perhaps those early buyers just got it wrong and paid too much!
Or, perhaps since listing the structural sellers (sellers who simply want ILU and not DRR) have pushed it too low. I have no bias as to which view is correct, but they are some thoughts worth pondering IMHO.
