Interesting day today. So, at the close:
DRR with 528m shares has a market cap of $2.43Bn
ILU with 422.5m shares has a market cap of $2.16Bn (but $486m is their 20% share in DRR).
So the Min Sands business, which had revenue in 2019 of $1.19Bn is 'only' worth $1.68Bn?
Has ILU just opened themselves up to be a takeover target?
