Alcoa in WA: 60 years, 28,000 hectares of forest cleared, zero rehabilitation completed

Ok it's old news but this is going to be the new norm . If we are going to go clean and green companies will never be able to be profitable.
We need rare earths that the qty that this planet has available is not even available let alone achievable in any of the mining sectors.
And to extract them for this net zero target! Well rehabilitation is not in the math in this costings

So couple this with Alcoa deciding just today to just close up shop - will this rehabilitation ever be for-filled? Never in my eyes was it part of their costings - therefore ILuka was ever never gonna do it in their costing , me thinks...

WOW Iluka are cooked in my eyes - and will most probably just close the doors like Alcoa - rehabilitation has never been part of the budget/ costings
Oh how times have changed. Looks like Mr Roger Cook has a lot on his plate considering he has been made well aware of this kind of conduct from the Jennings saga
