Was working through the mining licence L5646/1994/10
It doesn't seem to indicate anywhere that I can see , that Iluka owns the tailings / waste
Specifically the Monazite that is to be buried in a designated Pit (Page7 Mining Licence) and all other waste returned to the site from which it came.
Now I would assume then, that new agreements would be required to claim mining rights and ownership etc to the waste/tailings. and hidden treasures
Would this have been brought to Ilukas attention from their Audits possibly done by - PwC
Since they (PwC) are in a little trouble it would seem from all the papers reports. I don't like where Iluka potentially sit right now.... any thoughts?
Tad concerned that the $1.2Billion dollars for the RE plant may be in jeopardy!!
